Thank you all for your ministry of serving as ushers for our Sunday service. Just a reminder note of the additional duties that need to be done along with the normal ushering duties of passing out bulletins and taking the offering.
1. Be at the Sanctuary doors no less than 15 minutes before the service starts 2. Help visitors in finding seats. 3. Monitor the halls and the parking lot a t least twice during the service; especially once children are dismissed for "His Kids" (Children's Church). Also watch for any loiterers in parking lot. 4. Take attendance. The form is on the clipboard on the sound system. 5. After the service, pick up the black books and take to office counter and clean up any papers, Bibles or trash laying around. 6. On each first Sunday of the month, a Benevolence Offering is received after the service so 2 ushers need to be stationed at the exits with the baskets to receive the donations.
